Our review
The Nikai NSM650A is a stand mixer built around a 6.5-litre stainless steel bowl, which is a generous size for households that bake in batches or knead dough regularly. Its 1200W motor drives metal gears rather than plastic ones, and the box includes three attachments: a dough hook, a beater, and a whisk. Ten speeds plus a pulse function give you control from slow folding to fast whipping, and the bowl comes with a cover to limit flour spray. Skid-resistant feet help keep the machine steady on the counter. Before buying, think about where it will live, because a bowl this size takes up counter or cupboard space, and check that the voltage and plug suit your kitchen. Compare it with other stand mixers by looking at bowl material, gear construction, and how many attachments are included, since those are the details that affect daily use. It suits someone who wants one machine for dough, cake batter, and cream rather than a hand mixer. Available on Sokonia.
