Nikai NT40RZ Electric Oven, 40L with Rotisserie Function

Our review

This is a freestanding electric oven from Nikai, model NT40RZ, built around a 40 litre cavity. Three knobs handle everything: one selects the cooking mode, one sets temperature, and one runs the timer, which goes up to 120 minutes and can be switched to Stay On when you need heat to continue past the countdown. The heating elements are stainless steel and draw 1500W at AC 220-240V, 50-60Hz, and there is an inner light so you can check progress without opening the door. The single glass panel keeps the front simple and easy to wipe down.
It suits a household that wants one dependable oven for baking, roasting and reheating rather than a wall of digital presets. If you already cook by eye and habit, the knob layout will feel familiar straight away, and the Stay On setting is genuinely useful for long bakes or slow roasting where a fixed timer would cut the heat too early. The 40 litre size is the middle ground: roomy enough for a family tray of meat or a couple of cake tins, but still compact enough for a modest kitchen counter or a small built-in slot.
Before buying, measure the space you intend to put it in and confirm your outlet matches the 220-240V, 50-60Hz supply, since a 1500W appliance on an overloaded circuit is a common frustration. Think about what you cook most. If you mostly reheat and toast, a smaller countertop oven will do and take up less room. If you bake bread, roast whole chickens or cook for several people at once, the extra capacity here earns its place. Compare against other 40 litre electric ovens on wattage, timer range and how many knobs or dials you have to manage, because those three things shape daily use more than any styling. It is available on Sokonia if you want to check the listing against your shortlist.
