Nikai 4-Slice Toaster NBT666S1 1400W with Browning Control

Our review

This is a four-slot toaster from Nikai, listed as model NBT666S1 with a 1400W motor and a browning control dial. It also carries cancel, defrost and reheat functions, long slots, a movable centre grid, and cord storage. The four slots and long-slot design suit households where several people eat breakfast at once, or where you toast longer slices and want them done in one round rather than two. The movable centre grid is worth understanding before buying: it is the part that centres narrower slices so they brown evenly, so check how it sits in the slot if you mostly toast small or thin bread. Defrost and reheat are useful if you freeze bread or want to warm toast without darkening it further. Compared with two-slot toasters of similar power, you trade counter space for fewer batches. Compare slot length, the number of browning levels, and how easy the crumb tray is to reach, since none of those details are given here. Available on Sokonia.
