Ocean Munich Beer Glass Set, 6 Pieces, 640ml

Our review

This is a six-piece set of Ocean Munich beer glasses, each holding 640ml, or about 22 and a half ounces. The shape is listed as a beer mug, standing 180mm tall with a maximum width of 129mm, so they are fairly substantial in the hand. At 960g per glass, they have a solid feel that suits slow-sipped lagers, ales and stouts rather than quick table water. They work well for households that regularly host, or for anyone building a matching glass cupboard instead of odds and ends. Before buying, check your shelf height and cupboard clearance against that 180mm figure, and confirm you have room for six at once. Compare against single beer glasses or smaller tumbler sets if storage is tight, and against heavier tankards if you want something more decorative. The barcode is 8850222010170 if you need to match the exact listing, and the set is available on Sokonia.
