Ocean Royal Clear Drinking Glass 355ml, 6-Piece Set (R00312)

Our review

The Ocean Royal is a clear glass tumbler with a 355ml capacity, which is the same as 12 1/2 oz. It comes as a six-piece set, so a single purchase covers a small household or tops up a cupboard that has lost a few glasses. The dimensions are worth noting: a 71mm top diameter, 66mm base, 71mm mid-width and 220mm height, with each glass weighing 315g. That weight and height suggest a taller, fairly sturdy tumbler rather than a small juice glass, so it should feel settled in the hand for water, soda or iced drinks. Because the glass is transparent, you can see what you are pouring, which helps when you are mixing or serving. Before buying, check your shelf clearance, since 220mm is tall for some cabinets, and confirm you want six rather than a smaller pack. Compare with shorter 200ml tumblers if you mainly serve espresso or juice, or with thicker pub-style glasses if you want something heavier. The R00312 code is useful for matching this exact set if you later want more.
