Philips Compact Ceramic Heater 3000 Series CX3120/01

Our review

This is a small ceramic fan heater from Philips, part of its 3000 Series, and the headline claim is speed: warmth in roughly two seconds rather than the slow build-up of an oil-filled radiator. Power is adjustable up to 2000W, and Philips positions it for rooms of about 20m² or less. That makes it a sensible pick for a bedroom, study, or small living area where you want heat only while you are in the room, and for anyone who moves between spaces, since the compact body is easy to carry. Before buying, think about the room size honestly, because a 20m² ceiling is a guide, not a guarantee, and a larger or poorly insulated room will feel underwhelming. Also consider noise, since fan-driven heaters are audible, and whether you want a thermostat or timer, details Philips does not list here. Compared with convection panels, ceramic heaters trade silent, even background heat for faster local warmth. Check the plug and circuit you intend to use, and confirm the current listing details on Sokonia.
