Sokany Donut Machine 1400W SK-821

Our review

The Sokany Donut Machine SK-821 is a countertop appliance rated at 1400W, built for making donuts in small batches rather than at commercial volume. It suits home bakers, market stallholders testing a recipe, and small cafés that want fresh donuts without committing to a full fryer setup. Before buying, check the mould shape and count, since that decides the size and style of donut you can produce, and look at the plate coating because it affects how cleanly donuts release. Also compare warm-up time and how evenly heat spreads across the plates, as uneven heating is the usual complaint with machines in this class. Weigh it against a manual donut cutter and deep fryer, which cost less per unit but need more oil, space and cleanup, or against a larger commercial machine if you expect steady daily output. Confirm the plug type and voltage suit your kitchen, and think about where you will place it, since a 1400W appliance needs a stable surface and reasonable ventilation. Spare moulds and replacement parts are worth checking too, because availability varies by seller. It is available on Sokonia.
