Sony Wireless Karaoke Microphone Set UO-ULTMIC1 with 2 Dynamic Mics and Receiver

Our review

This is a two-microphone wireless karaoke set from Sony, supplied with a receiver and listed as model UO-ULTMIC1. Sony describes it as the intended match for its ULT POWER SOUND series speakers and as optimised for clear vocal sound, so it is aimed at people who already own, or plan to buy, a speaker from that range and want two people singing at once rather than passing one mic back and forth. The pair of dynamic microphones and the receiver are the whole package as stated, and no cable, channel or battery details are given, so before buying confirm how the receiver connects to your speaker and how each microphone is powered. Compared with generic karaoke mic sets, the appeal here is the vocal tuning and the promised fit with Sony's own speakers; compared with a single-mic bundle, it simply lets a second singer join in. It is available on Sokonia.
