The injected seal is the main point of difference here: it is designed to lock tightly so food keeps fresh for longer, and it also helps prevent leaks when you carry something in a bag. Two litres suits a family-sized portion of stew, soup, rice or leftovers, and the round shape works well for stirring and reheating. Before buying, think about whether round or rectangular fits your fridge and cupboard better, since rectangular containers usually stack more efficiently. Also check that the lid seal is removable for proper cleaning, and compare against glass containers if you plan to microwave often or want something that will not stain or hold onto strong smells.
