Tefal Unlimited Frypan 24cm Non-Stick Aluminium with Thermo-Signal

Our review

This is a 24cm aluminium frypan from Tefal's Unlimited range, finished with a titanium non-stick coating the brand describes as its best anti-scratch coating compared with its other non-stick surfaces, based on an internal abrasion test. A thermo-signal heat indicator is built in, so you can judge when the pan has reached cooking temperature rather than guessing. The 24cm size suits everyday tasks for one or two people: eggs, a single chicken breast, a quick sauté of vegetables, or reheating a portion of rice. It is a reasonable pick if you want a durable non-stick surface and cook often enough that coating wear matters to you. Before buying, think about what you already own. If you regularly cook for a family, a larger diameter may serve you better, and if you use metal utensils, check how you plan to care for the coating. Compare it with other coated aluminium frypans of the same size, particularly on coating type, handle feel, and whether an induction-compatible base matters for your hob. The pan is available on Sokonia.
