Tronic 100W LED Flood Light IP66 Warm White

Our review

This Tronic flood light is a 100W LED unit rated IP66, which means it is built to withstand dust and water exposure, so it is aimed at outdoor settings rather than indoor-only use. The warm white output is the detail worth noting: it gives a softer, more inviting light than the cooler white typical of many flood lights, which suits gardens, yards, driveways and building exteriors where harsh light would be unwelcome. It is also described as suitable for commercial spaces, so it can work for lighting around a shopfront or compound. Before buying, check the mounting position and whether the beam angle and brightness suit the area you have in mind, since a 100W fitting can be more than a small space needs. Compare it with other IP-rated flood lights on brightness, colour temperature and how well the housing is likely to hold up outdoors, and confirm the voltage and wiring setup you will connect it to.
