Tronic 10W Slim LED Flood Light, Black, 6500K Daylight

Our review

This is a small-format flood light from Tronic, rated at 10W and finished in a black body. It puts out a 6500K daylight colour, which reads as crisp and slightly cool rather than warm, so it works best where you want clear visibility rather than a soft ambience. The slim housing makes it easier to tuck onto a wall, under an eave or beside a sign where a bulky unit would look out of place.
It suits homeowners lighting a gate area, a back step, a small yard or a shopfront sign, and anyone who needs focused light on one spot instead of wide coverage. Two ratings matter here: IP65 means it is protected against dust and water jets, and the built-in 1.8kV surge resistance helps it cope with voltage spikes, which is worth noting on supply that is not always steady.
Before buying, think about how much area you actually need lit. At 10W this is a focused fixture, so for a large compound you would likely want several units or a higher-wattage alternative. Check the mounting position and whether the beam angle and colour temperature fit the space, since 6500K is noticeably cooler than warm-white lamps. Compare against other slim LED floods on wattage, IP rating and surge protection, and confirm the fittings suit your installation. Available on Sokonia.
