Tronic 13A Single Socket with USB & Type-C – Grey

Our review

This Tronic socket is a single switched 13A outlet with a USB port and a Type-C port built into the same faceplate. It suits anyone who wants to cut down on adapters and chargers around a desk, bedside table, or kitchen counter, where one wall point has to do several jobs at once. Before buying, check the depth of your back box and whether your wiring can support the socket, since the listing gives no installation details. Compare it with plain 13A sockets and with USB-only outlets, and decide whether you need the Type-C port or would rather keep a separate fast charger.
