Tronic 25mm Single Core Cable, PVC Insulated Pure Copper

Our review

This is a single core cable from Tronic with a 25mm cross-section, insulated in PVC and made from 99.9% pure copper. It comes in blue, brown and green, and it is produced in Tanzania. It suits anyone wiring circuits that need a thicker conductor, such as mains feeds, sub-mains or larger appliance connections, where a thinner cable would not carry the load safely. Before buying, confirm the correct conductor size for your circuit with a qualified electrician, since the right choice depends on current, run length and installation method. Also check the colour you need for your wiring convention. Compared with smaller single core cables, this one handles higher currents but is stiffer and harder to bend in tight spaces, so plan your routing. Compare insulation type and conductor material too, as pure copper and PVC are the key things to look for. Available on Sokonia.
