Tronic 30W LED Flood Light, 6500K Daylight, IP66

Our review

This Tronic flood light is a 30W LED unit putting out 6500K daylight, the cool white tone that reads as crisp and bright rather than warm. Its IP66 rating means the housing is protected against dust and heavy rain, which is the main thing separating it from cheaper outdoor lights that fog up or fail after a few storms. It suits gateways, yards, driveways, storefronts and larger indoor spaces like workshops or warehouses where you want clear visibility and a security deterrent after dark.
Before buying, think about how much area one 30W fitting actually covers and whether you need more than one to avoid dark patches. Check the mounting position, the surface you are fixing it to, and how you will run power to it, since those practicalities decide more than the light itself. Compare against other LED floods by wattage, colour temperature and IP rating, and against fixed security lights if you want something aimed permanently at one spot.
