Tronic 35mm Single Core Cable, PVC Insulated Pure Copper

Our review

This is a 35mm PVC insulated single core cable from Tronic, made in Tanzania and using 99.9% pure copper conductors. It comes in blue, brown and green, which helps with colour coding in larger installations. The 35mm size suits higher-current runs such as sub-mains, distribution boards and heavy equipment feeds, rather than small lighting circuits. Before buying, confirm the conductor size your load and cable run actually need, since voltage drop over long distances can push you to a larger size. Also check the insulation type suits where it will be installed, and that your electrician is happy with single core versus a multicore alternative. Compare against other 35mm single core cables on conductor purity, insulation quality and local availability. Available on Sokonia.
