This Tronic consumer unit is a two-way board built to hold the main switch, residual current devices and circuit breakers that feed the circuits in a home. The complete set includes one 100A double pole Tronic isolator, so the main isolation point is already part of the package. It suits small installations where only a couple of outgoing ways are needed, such as a compact home, a rental unit, a gatehouse or a dedicated sub-board, rather than a full house with many separate circuits. Before buying, count the circuits you actually need to protect and confirm that two ways leave enough room once the isolator is fitted. Compare it with larger boards from the same range if you expect to add circuits later, and check that the breakers and residual current devices you intend to use are compatible with the enclosure.
