Tronic Adjustable Downlighter LED Day Light 7W Recessed Ceiling Fixture

Our review

This is a recessed ceiling downlight from Tronic, rated at 7 watts and finished in a day light colour. The head is adjustable, so you can angle the beam after installation rather than being stuck with a fixed straight-down throw. The optical lens has a pearly sheen that softens output into gentle, non-glare light, which matters in low ceilings where a bare LED can feel harsh. Spring clips hold the unit in place and, according to the listing, help with heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. It suits anyone lighting a corridor, kitchen or retail nook where direction and comfort both count. Before buying, check your ceiling cut-out size and whether your wiring suits a recessed fitting, since no dimensions are listed here. Compare it with fixed downlights if you need no aiming, and with higher-wattage units if you are lighting a larger room.
