Tronic Bamboo Pendant Lamp – Round Woven Globe

Our review

This Tronic pendant lamp is a round, globe-shaped shade woven from bamboo and finished in a wood colour. Because the material is handwoven, the light it gives off is soft and spread out rather than sharp, which makes it a good fit for dining tables, bedside corners, reading nooks or anywhere you want a warmer, calmer feel instead of bright direct light. It leans towards interiors with natural textures, wood furniture, rattan or other woven pieces, and modern rooms that need one organic accent.
Before buying, think about the size of the globe against your ceiling height and table, since a large round shade can dominate a small room, and check the fitting and bulb type your ceiling point uses so you know what will work with it. Also confirm how the lamp is mounted and whether the cable length suits your space, as none of this is listed here.
Compared with fabric or paper shades, woven bamboo gives a more textured, patterned light and a stronger natural look, while metal or glass shades will read cooler and more industrial. If you want soft, diffused light and a handcrafted feel, this is worth a look; it is available on Sokonia.
