Tronic Black Oval LED Bulkhead Wall Light, 12W

Our review

This is a wall-mounted oval bulkhead from Tronic, rated at 12 watts and finished in black. Because the LED is built in, there is no bulb to replace, which suits stairwells, corridors, gatehouses, store rooms and other spots where you want light without maintenance visits. It is a sensible pick if you are replacing an old bulkhead fitting and want lower running costs, since Tronic claims its LED chips can cut electricity use by up to 90% compared with less efficient lighting. Before buying, check the size and shape suit your wall and that 12W gives the brightness you expect for the space. Compare with other bulkheads on build quality, finish and whether they use replaceable bulbs.
