This is a compact travel adaptor from Tronic, model AD 1003-BK, finished in black. One side is an EU plug, the two-pin type common across Europe and in parts of Africa, and the other side is a universal socket built to accept a range of international plug shapes. The body is fireproof ABS with metal contacts, and it is rated for up to 250V and 10A or 16A, which works out to roughly 3000W.
It suits someone who owns a device with a European plug and needs to run it from a socket that takes other pin layouts, or a traveller moving between countries with different outlets. Before buying, check the plug on your device and the socket you will use, since this adaptor only converts the physical connection. Also confirm your device's wattage stays within the 3000W ceiling, and remember that adaptors do not change voltage. Compare it with single-purpose plug converters and with adaptors that add USB ports, which may be more convenient if you carry several devices.
