Tronic Black Up & Down COB Wall Light

Our review

This Tronic wall light is a vertical-mount fixture that throws light both upward and downward, which gives a wall a layered, decorative glow rather than a single flat wash of light. Because it is described as suitable for indoors and outside, it can work beside a front door, along a garden wall, or in a bathroom, provided the mounting spot is vertical and the surface is sound. Before buying, think about where the light will land: an up-and-down beam highlights texture and can create strong shadows, so it suits feature walls better than areas needing even, wide illumination. Compare it with single-direction wall lights if you want a softer effect, or with larger twin-head fittings if you need to cover more height. Check your existing wiring and whether a junction box is already in place, since this is a hardwired-style fixture rather than a plug-in lamp. It is available on Sokonia.
