This is a low-wattage LED bulb from Tronic, rated at 3 watts and finished in red, with a B22 pin base. Because it draws so little power, it suits fittings where you want a coloured accent rather than bright white light, such as a small lamp, a decorative fixture, or a sign or display that needs a red glow. Before ordering, confirm your socket takes a B22 pin fitting, since bayonet and screw bases are not interchangeable, and check that a 3W red output is the effect you actually want. Compared with incandescent bulbs, LED versions use at least 75% less energy, and they last 35 to 50 times longer than incandescent and roughly 2 to 5 times longer than fluorescent, which reduces how often you replace them.
