Tronic LED Day Light Bulb 7W E27 Screw Base
TSh 3,000
Our review
This is a 7-watt Tronic LED bulb in a day light colour, fitted with the standard E27 screw base. Because it draws so little power compared with an incandescent bulb of similar brightness, it suits spots that stay on for long stretches, such as a living room, corridor, shop counter or security light. Before buying, check that your fixture takes an E27 screw cap and that 7 watts gives the brightness you want for the space. Also confirm the day light tone is what you prefer, since cooler white light reads differently from warm white in bedrooms. Compared with incandescent and fluorescent options, the main things to weigh are running cost and how often you are willing to replace bulbs, because LED lifespan is far longer.
