Tronic Consumer Unit 8 Ways Single Phase Complete

Our review

This Tronic consumer unit is an eight-way, single phase distribution board supplied as a complete unit. In practice, that means it gives you eight outgoing ways to separate circuits in a home or small premises, so lighting, sockets and heavier loads can each sit on their own protective device rather than sharing one. It tends to suit someone wiring or rewiring a house, extending an existing board, or replacing an older unit that no longer has spare ways. Before buying, check how many circuits you actually need now and might add later, confirm the unit fits the space and cable routes you have, and make sure your electrician is happy with the enclosure type and the devices that will go inside it. Compare it with other eight-way single phase boards on enclosure size, whether devices are included, and how easy it is to work in. Because no specifications are listed here, confirm the technical details on the Sokonia listing before ordering, and have a qualified electrician carry out the installation.
