Tronic Copper Lightning Arrester, 5 Feet
TSh 489,000
Our review
This Tronic product is a copper lightning arrester supplied as a five-foot rod, and the listing describes it as a form of earth electrode: a conducting element embedded directly in the ground so that fault currents can flow away into the earth. That makes it relevant to anyone putting together or repairing an earthing arrangement for a building, a mast or equipment that needs a path to ground. Before buying, confirm the length and material suit your installation, since the listing gives no further specifications, and check how the rod will be connected to your conductor and how deep your soil conditions allow it to be driven. Compare it with other earth electrodes on the basis of material, length and how they are joined, rather than assuming one rod fits every site. It is available on Sokonia.
