Tronic Decorative Hexagonal Frosted Glass Wall Light with Gold Arm

Our review

This is a wall-mounted light from Tronic built around a hexagonal frosted glass shade, with the shade held on a metal arm finished in gold. It runs a single E27 bulb capped at 40W, so both LED and conventional bulbs will work in it. The frosted glass softens the light rather than throwing a sharp beam, which makes it a reasonable pick for a bedside wall, a hallway, a stairwell or a reading corner where you want gentle rather than task-level brightness. Before buying, check the E27 cap on any bulbs you already own and stay within the 40W limit, especially with older incandescent bulbs that run hotter. Also think about the arm's reach and how the fixture will sit relative to a switch or socket, since that affects where it can go. Compared with plain bulkhead or bare-bulb wall fittings, the glass shade and gold arm lean decorative, so it suits rooms where the fixture is meant to be seen. If you need something brighter or adjustable, a different fitting may serve you better.
