Tronic Downlighter LED 7W Tri Colour Recessed Ceiling Light

Our review

This is a recessed ceiling downlight from Tronic, rated at 7 watts and switchable between three colour temperatures, which makes it a practical choice if you want one fitting that can shift from a cosy warm glow in living areas to a cooler, crisper light in kitchens or workspaces. The pearly sheen lens is designed to soften the output so it reads as gentle rather than harsh, and the spring clips do double duty holding the unit firmly in the ceiling while helping it shed heat. It suits anyone planning a ceiling lighting layout who wants a low-wattage LED fitting with some flexibility on colour. Before buying, check your ceiling cut-out size and clearance above the plasterboard, since recessed fittings need room for the driver and clips, and confirm the tri colour switching method matches how you want to control it. Compare it with fixed-colour downlights if you already know your preferred temperature, and with larger wattages if you need brighter output over a wider area. Available on Sokonia.
