Tronic Driver and Socket Ratchet Set

Our review

This Tronic set pairs a driver with a socket ratchet, aimed at anyone who tightens or loosens nuts and bolts often enough to be tired of the usual stop-start motion. The ratchet mechanism means you don't have to lift and reposition your wrist between turns, which speeds up repetitive jobs. The set includes parts in various sizes, so it can cover fasteners of different dimensions rather than forcing you to hunt for a separate tool each time. It suits home repairs, furniture assembly, basic car maintenance and light workshop tasks. Before buying, check that the included sizes match the nuts and bolts you actually work with, since no size list is given here. Compare it with fixed spanner sets, which are simpler but slower on long runs of fasteners, and with larger ratchet kits that may cover more sizes at a higher cost. If your work is occasional and the sizes line up, this is a practical middle ground. Available on Sokonia.
