Tronic Emergency Exit Light, Self-Contained Polycarbonate, 310x230x35mm

Our review

This Tronic unit is a self-contained emergency exit light, meaning the battery and control gear sit inside the fitting rather than in a separate box. Its polycarbonate housing and clear diffuser keep it compact and low-profile at 310x230x35mm, so it sits fairly flat against a wall or above a doorway. It suits building owners, electricians and facility managers fitting escape routes in shops, offices, schools or guesthouses. Note that no sticker is included, so you will need to source the running-man or exit signage separately if your requirements call for it. Before buying, check your local fire safety rules on viewing distance, mounting height and whether a legend is mandatory, and confirm the voltage and wiring arrangement your circuit uses. Compare against maintained versus non-maintained fittings and units with longer warranties, since those affect both compliance and long-term running costs. Available on Sokonia.
