Tronic Gold Single Switch Socket With Neon
TSh 11,000
Our review
This is a single switch socket from Tronic, finished in gold with square edges and a smooth, shiny surface. The screws are left visible on purpose, which makes it straightforward to open up for maintenance or to replace the unit once it wears out. It is aimed at anyone wiring or rewiring a room who wants a socket that is simple to service rather than sealed and disposable. Before buying, check the mounting box and wiring in your wall match a single socket layout, and confirm the switch position suits where you plan to install it. Compare it with flush, screwless sockets if appearance matters more than easy access, and with plainer white units if you want fittings that blend in. The neon indicator is a useful detail for spotting whether the socket is live. Available on Sokonia.
