Tronic Grey Data and Telephone Socket, CAT6 RJ45 and RJ11/12

Our review

This Tronic socket puts a telephone port and a data port on the same grey faceplate, so a single wall position can serve both a landline handset and a wired network device. The data side is CAT6 with an RJ45 opening, while the voice side takes RJ11 or RJ12 plugs. The screwless front means no visible fixings once it is clipped on, which suits anyone tidying up cabling in a home office, living room or small business premises where appearance matters alongside function.
Before buying, confirm the back box depth and mounting type already in your wall, since the listing gives no dimensions or fixing details. Check whether your cabling is already run to that point, because this is a socket rather than a kit with cable. If you only need network points, a plain RJ45 module may be simpler; if you only need a phone line, a single telephone socket costs less. This one makes sense when you want both in one place and prefer a clean, screwless finish. It is available on Sokonia.
