Tronic Junction Box for RJ45 or RJ11

Our review

This is a surface-mounted junction box from Tronic, made to take either an RJ45 or RJ11 connection. It is the kind of part you reach for when a run of network or telephone cable needs a tidy, protected stopping point at a wall or desk, rather than a loose socket hanging out of the plaster. The built-in screws and flexible corners are the details worth noting: they shape how easily the box sits flush and how much give you have when the mounting surface is not perfectly flat. It suits anyone finishing a small office, shop counter, or home installation where a single clean outlet is enough. Before buying, confirm which connector you actually need, since the same box is listed for both RJ45 and RJ11, and check that its footprint and depth will sit well where you plan to fix it. Compare it with plain back boxes and with keystone wall plates: those often need separate modules or a mounting frame, while this one arrives as a single unit. No specifications are listed, so treat the description as your guide and ask the seller about dimensions if fit matters. Available on Sokonia.
