Tronic Lumigrid Hanging Pendant with E27 Socket and Glass Shade

Our review

The Tronic Lumigrid is a single hanging pendant built around one E27 socket, finished with a crystal-clear glass shade. Tronic positions it as a piece that sits comfortably in both modern and classic interiors, and the glass is the main reason: it lets the bulb show through and spreads a softer, warmer light than an opaque shade would. It suits anyone lighting a dining table, kitchen island, bedside corner or hallway who wants something understated rather than a bold statement fixture.
Because no specifications are listed, check a few things before ordering. Confirm the E27 bulb type and wattage you plan to use, since the pendant does not include a bulb, and think about whether you want a warm or cool tone, as the clear glass will show the bulb clearly. Also check the ceiling height and how you will shorten or hang the cord, and whether the fitting matches your existing ceiling rose or wiring. Compare it with other single E27 pendants on shade material, cord adjustability and how easy the shade is to clean, since glass shows dust and fingerprints more than fabric or metal.
