Tronic Mechanical Interlock for 65A 4-Pole Contactor

Our review

A mechanical interlock is a safety accessory that physically prevents two contactors from being engaged at the same time, which matters in changeover and reversing circuits where simultaneous closure could cause a short circuit. This Tronic unit is listed for a 65A contactor with four poles, so it suits panel builders and maintenance electricians working on motor control or backup supply arrangements who need a reliable mechanical guard rather than relying on electrical interlocks alone. Before buying, confirm your contactor's current rating and pole configuration match, since an interlock is matched to the contactor frame it mounts on. Also check the mounting arrangement and whether your contactor accepts a factory interlock, because fitting often depends on the specific model. Compare alternatives by contactor rating, pole count and mounting compatibility rather than price alone. It is available on Sokonia.
