Tronic Pendant Ceiling Spot Light Black, GU10, 200x55mm

Our review

This Tronic pendant ceiling spot light is a single black aluminium fixture built around a GU10 lamp socket, accepting lamps up to 10W and running on standard mains power at AC 220-240V, 50Hz. It arrives with a one-metre cable and measures 200x55mm, so it hangs rather than sits flush, which makes it useful where you want light aimed at a specific spot instead of spread across a whole room. It suits living areas, offices, galleries and retail spaces, particularly anyone who wants a dark, unobtrusive fitting that disappears against a dark ceiling. Because the lamp is not included, budget for a GU10 bulb separately, and think about beam angle: a narrow lamp gives a tight pool of light, a wider one covers more surface. The IP20 rating means it is for dry indoor areas only, so keep it out of bathrooms and anywhere damp. Compare it with flush ceiling spots if you have low ceilings, and with multi-head pendants if one light point is not enough. The one-metre cable is worth measuring against your ceiling height before you commit.
