Tronic Rectangular Dark Grey LED Step Light
TSh 37,500
Our review
This Tronic step light is a recessed outdoor fixture with a rectangular shape and a dark grey finish. Its slim, flat profile is meant to sit close to the surface, which suits places where you want light without a bulky fitting, such as stairways, terraces, yard edges, garage entrances and the area around a house entrance. The contemporary styling is restrained rather than decorative, so it should blend into most modern exteriors.
It is likely to appeal to someone planning lighting along a path or stair run, or finishing a terrace or entrance wall, and who prefers a discreet look over a statement fixture. Because it is recessed, installation usually means cutting into the mounting surface and running wiring, so it is worth confirming the surface is suitable and that the work is done by someone competent with outdoor electrical installations.
Before buying, check the cutout dimensions, the voltage and wiring arrangement, and whether the fitting suits the surface you have in mind, since none of these details are given here. It is also worth comparing with other recessed step lights on brightness, beam direction, finish and how well they handle weather exposure. If you need a surface-mounted light or one with adjustable aim, a different type may serve you better. Available on Sokonia.
