Tronic Round Black Daylight LED Bulkhead 18W

Our review

This Tronic fitting is a round, black, wall-mounted bulkhead light rated at 18 watts in a daylight colour. Because the LEDs are built in rather than replaceable, it is aimed at anyone who wants a fixture they can install and then largely forget, from landlords and shop owners to homeowners lighting a gate, corridor or store room. The claimed efficiency is the main selling point, with the brand saying it can reduce electricity use for lighting by up to 90 percent compared with older bulbs. Before buying, check the mounting surface and the space you need to light, since brightness depends on where the fitting is placed and how high it sits. Compare it with bulkheads that take replaceable lamps: those are easier to repair later, while this one trades that flexibility for a simpler, sealed design. It is available on Sokonia.
