Tronic Smart LED 9W E27 Screw Bulb
TSh 25,000
Our review
This is a screw-fit E27 smart bulb rated at 9 watts, made by Tronic. It is the kind of bulb you would consider if you want app-based control over a single lamp or a few rooms rather than rewiring a whole house. Because it works through the Avatar Controls or Smart Life app, you can change brightness, pick colours and set routines from wherever you are, which suits renters, students and anyone who wants mood lighting without a hub. Before buying, check that your fitting is genuinely E27 screw rather than bayonet, and confirm your Wi-Fi setup is one the app supports, since that detail is not listed here. Compare it with plain non-smart LEDs on running cost and simplicity, and with hub-based smart systems on how much control you actually need. If you only want one or two app-controlled bulbs, this sits in a sensible middle ground.
