Our review
The Tronic Television Guard 13Amps is a power-protection accessory designed to sit between your television and the wall socket. Its 13-amp rating puts it in the same class as standard UK-style plugs common in Tanzanian homes, so it is aimed at anyone running a TV, decoder or similar low-draw electronics who wants a buffer against voltage swings. It suits households, small offices, study rooms and workshops where the supply is uneven. Before buying, confirm the plug type and socket layout match your setup, check the amp rating against your TV's draw, and decide whether you need extra outlets or surge protection beyond what a guard provides. Compare it with other 13-amp guards on outlet count, build quality and whether they include surge or overload cut-off, since those differences matter more than branding. The listing's own description is oddly about a fan, so treat the guard's features as unconfirmed and ask the seller if anything is unclear. Available on Sokonia.
