Tronic Universal Adaptor Traveller 16A EU Plug (AD 1003)

Our review

This is a plug adaptor, not a voltage converter. The Tronic AD 1003 has an EU-style plug on the wall side and a universal socket that accepts a range of international pin shapes, so it suits travellers and households plugging foreign devices into an EU outlet. The body is fireproof ABS with metal contacts, rated to 250V and 10A/16A, up to 3000W. Before buying, confirm your device's voltage matches the local supply and that its plug fits the socket; high-wattage appliances such as kettles and heaters draw close to the limit. Compare with single-country adaptors and travel sets if you need several plug types.
