Tronic Wall LED Light 6 Watts Recessed Round GU10 Fixture

Our review

This Tronic fixture is a recessed round spot designed to sit flush in a ceiling and throw a focused pool of light onto a wall, a display, or a particular corner of a room. Because the lamp is a GU10 type running on 220-240V mains, there is no separate driver to house, which keeps the install simple. The IP20 rating tells you it is meant for dry indoor areas, so it belongs in living rooms, corridors, shops, or offices rather than bathrooms, kitchens near splashes, or anywhere outdoors. It suits someone who wants directional accent lighting rather than broad, even illumination. Before buying, check the ceiling cut-out diameter and depth your ceiling can take, confirm you have mains wiring at the point, and decide whether you want a warm or cool GU10 lamp, since the bulb is a separate choice. Compare it with adjustable eyeball spots if you need to aim the light, and with larger multi-head fittings if one spot will not cover the area you have in mind. Available on Sokonia.
