Tronic Inground Light IP65 30W LED Recessed Floor Spotlight

Our review

This Tronic fitting is a recessed LED spotlight designed to sit flush with the ground, either fixed to a surface or buried in soil or paving. Because it runs without a transformer, wiring is simpler than with low-voltage garden lights, and the IP65 rating means it is sealed against dust and water jets, which matters for anything installed outdoors in Tanzania's rain. It suits pathways, patios, entrances, staircases, halls and gazebo areas where you want light coming from below rather than overhead. Before buying, check the cut-out diameter and depth your surface allows, confirm your supply voltage matches the fitting, and think about beam direction, since a 30W unit throws a strong pool of light and may be too bright in tight clusters. Compare with spike-mounted garden lights, which are easier to reposition but sit above ground, and with lower-wattage inground units if you want a softer wash. Available on Sokonia.
