Nadstar Aluminum Sufuria 5-Piece Cookware Set with Lids, 19–23 cm

Our review

This is a five-piece aluminum sufuria set from Nadstar, sold with lids and sized from 19 cm up to 23 cm. The capacities climb steadily across the set: 6.7, 7.8, 8.9, 10.2 and 12 litres, so the largest pot handles big batches while the smallest suits everyday sides, sauces or reheating. Because the pieces are graduated, the set suits households that cook in volume, small food businesses, and anyone replacing mismatched pots with one consistent stack. Aluminum heats quickly and responds fast to changes in flame, which helps with dishes that need stirring and timing, but it is a soft metal, so expect to use wooden or plastic utensils and to avoid scouring pads that dull the surface. Before buying, think about which sizes you will actually use most; a five-piece set only pays off if the middle sizes fit your regular cooking. Compare against single sufuria purchases and against sets with fewer, larger pieces, and check that the lids you receive match each pot. The listed capacities are the main guide here, so measure your stove and storage space against the 23 cm piece in particular. Available on Sokonia.
