Delsa Hard Anodized Pressure Cooker 7.5L

Our review

This is a 7.5-litre pressure cooker from Delsa with a hard anodized body. That capacity puts it in the family-sized range, so it suits households cooking for five or more people, anyone who likes to cook once and eat over several days, or cooks preparing beans, stews and tough cuts that benefit from pressure cooking. Hard anodized surfaces are generally chosen for their resistance to scratching and their even heat spread, though you should confirm the pot's compatibility with your stove type before ordering, since the listing gives no specifications. Also check the pressure release method, the lid locking system, and whether spare seals and a trivet are included, because these affect day-to-day use and long-term maintenance. Compared with smaller 4 to 5-litre cookers, this one takes longer to come up to pressure and needs more space, but it handles bigger batches in one go. Compared with aluminium models, the hard anodized finish is the main difference to weigh. Available on Sokonia.
