Hisense HSM701GCW Sandwich Maker, 700W Non-Stick

Our review

The Hisense HSM701GCW is a compact sandwich maker rated at 700 watts, with non-stick plates and a mini grill format. It is aimed at anyone short on counter space, students in bedsitters, or households that want a quick toasted sandwich or small grilled snack without heating a full oven or firing up a large pan. Because the plates are non-stick, you can usually get away with little or no oil, and cleanup is easier than with bare metal. Before buying, check the plate size against the bread you normally buy, confirm whether the plates are fixed or removable if washing matters to you, and look at the cable length and storage position for your kitchen. Compare it with larger sandwich presses and contact grills: those handle more food at once but take up more room and draw more power. If you mostly make one or two sandwiches at a time, a compact unit like this is the more practical pick. It is available on Sokonia.
