Ocean Imperial 6-Piece Classic Beer Glass Set, 545ml

Our review

This is a six-piece set of Ocean Imperial glasses, each holding 545ml. They are tall, classic-shaped tumblers meant for beer, smoothies and other iced drinks, and the height is the point: a tall glass lets you build visible layers, whether that is a coffee smoothie or a shandy, and makes an ordinary drink look more considered. They suit someone setting up a home bar, replacing mismatched tumblers, or serving drinks to guests who notice glassware. Before buying, think about your cupboard height and shelf clearance, since tall glasses need more vertical room than standard tumblers, and check how they feel in hand if you prefer a heavier base. Compare against shorter pint or highball glasses: those stack and store more easily, while these trade some practicality for presentation. Also weigh six against your usual guest count, and consider whether you want a single shape across all your glassware or are happy mixing styles. Handled well, this kind of tall glass tends to become the one you reach for when drinks are poured to be looked at, not just drunk.
