Delsa DJK309 Electric Kettle, 2000W, 1.7L

Our review

The Delsa DJK309 is a corded electric kettle with a 2000W element and a 1.7-litre capacity, sold under the Delsa brand. That combination puts it in the larger end of household kettles: 1.7 litres is enough to fill several mugs at once or to supply hot water for cooking, while 2000W is a common wattage for this size and should bring a full kettle to a boil reasonably quickly on a standard household supply. It suits someone who boils water often, whether for tea, instant coffee, or preparing food, and who wants one kettle to serve more than one person without refilling. Before buying, confirm the details that matter to you, since the listing gives no further specifications: check the plug type and voltage compatibility for your socket, whether the body is plastic, glass, or stainless steel, whether there is a water-level window, and whether the base is cordless or fixed. Compare it with other 1.7-litre kettles on wattage, material, and lid or spout design, because those affect durability and how easy it is to pour and clean. Available on Sokonia.
