Tefal Easy Cook Wokpan 28cm Aluminium with Thermo-Signal

Our review

This is a 28cm wok pan from Tefal's Easy Cook range, built in France from aluminium with a fully coated non-stick surface. The thermo signal heat indicator takes the guesswork out of judging when the pan is ready, which matters most for stir-frying at high heat. It suits home cooks who want one versatile pan for quick weekday meals and who dislike scrubbing afterwards, since the coating is designed for easy cleaning and the pan is dishwasher safe. Before buying, think about your hob type and whether 28cm gives enough room for the portions you cook. Compare it with carbon steel woks, which need seasoning but tolerate very high heat, and with lighter non-stick pans that may not last as long. Available on Sokonia.
