This is a low-wattage Tronic LED bulb that gives off yellow light and fits a B22 pin (bayonet) socket. At 2 watts it draws very little power, so it makes sense where you want a small amount of coloured light rather than bright white illumination: a night light, a corridor, a decorative fitting, or a lamp you leave on for long stretches. Because it is an LED, it uses at least 75% less energy than an incandescent bulb of comparable output, which matters most in fixtures that stay on for hours. Tronic also states it lasts 35 to 50 times longer than incandescent bulbs and roughly 2 to 5 times longer than fluorescent ones, so replacements are less frequent. Before buying, confirm your socket is B22 pin and not screw-in, and think about whether yellow is the colour you actually want, since most household LEDs are white.
